Elevate Performance Training is the best way to help your athlete take their athletic performance, agility, footwork, and jumping skills to the next level. Our EPT program is designed to break down specific areas of movement in order to help the athlete better understand how to best execute their movement on the court. This will help them excel in their skill and will also help to prevent injury. EPT will benefit athletes of all ages and all positions! Register for sessions below.
*Elevate VBC Members receive 10 free EPT sessions for the 2022-2023 Club Season. This excludes 14s, 15s, and 16s National teams with weekly included sessions and any satellite teams.
Registration and payment for EPT must be done online prior to the session.
Training sessions will be held at the Cottonwood Creek Gym.
Coach Bio
We are thrilled to welcome back Coach Isaac Al-Tirhi for his second year with Elevate leading the EPT Program!
Coach Isaac has his Bachelor's Degree in Exercise & Sports Science from Texas Tech University. This will be his 19th year coaching in the Strength & Conditioning/Performance field. Coach Isaac also has 10+ years of experience working in Physical Therapy, specializing in "Return to Sports" programs.
Coach Isaac has worked with a wide range of athletes from Professional/Olympic, Collegiate, and Youth athletes of various sport disciplines.
Coach Isaac has a desire to help our Elevate athletes grow their volleyball game by refining their physical skills.
