Please visit our Open Positions page frequently to view the most up-to-date information on which positions our teams are seeking! Elevate will have open positions on all teams in all age groups for the 2025-2026 Club Season. Our coaches would love the opportunity to meet you and work with you. In the midst of what can be a very overwhelming and stressful time in our region, we do our best to operate with integrity and transparency through the evaluation process. We strive to create a welcoming environment where athletes and parents feel comfortable and at home.

Received a Verbal Offer?
Congratulations and welcome to the Elevate Family!
We are thrilled to have you be a part of our Family for the upcoming season. We encourage you to continue attending Evaluation Clinics as our coaches continue building team rosters. We will also have multiple Skills Clinic options for you to attend during the summer to improve your game and volleyball IQ. Your official offer email will be sent out on Tuesday, July 8th.

Before Signing Day
The North Texas Region uses the Online Commitment System (OCS) for the sending and signing of official offers. Please make sure to follow the steps below to ensure a smooth process on the day of acceptance:
Be on the lookout for the 'Signing Day - What to Expect' email in the weeks before July 8th.
If you need to change your email address for your official offer, please email Nicole Ortega with the correct email address by July 7th.
If your athlete has not played club volleyball in the North Texas Region before, you will need to add their information into the OCS System.
Verify your email address in the OCS System.
You should have an account set up through PXAthletics. A parent/guardian must be the account holder. This is Elevate's payment/registration system.

Official Signing Day

Check Your Email
Open your email with your official offer! The email will come from offers@ntr.vstarvolleyball.com with the subject: 'Offer from NTR Club'.

Review & Agree
Read through the email for information on Elevate's Signing Day Celebration and Uniform Fittings. Follow the steps to agree to the Club/Athlete Agreement.

Make Payment
Complete your payment through PXAthletics as outlined in the offer email.

Accept Your Offer
Click the Accept button in the offer email. Make sure the offer is from Elevate VBC as all offer emails have the same subject.
